Job Summary

We’re looking for experienced and confident Bartenders to join our Theatre team, delivering seamless, high-volume service in one of London’s most exciting and iconic entertainment spaces.

Whether it’s pouring pints at pace, shaking cocktails or engaging with guests at the bar, you’ll bring energy and confidence to every shift — helping to create the electric atmosphere [Employer hidden] is known for.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-volume, fast, and professional bar service during gigs, club nights, and large-scale events.
  • Prepare and serve drinks quickly and accurately, maintaining consistency and quality even under pressure.
  • Provide excellent guest service, engaging with confidence, warmth, and professionalism.
  • Keep the bar fully stocked and organised, coordinating with bar backs to maintain smooth service flow.
  • Anticipate demand and adapt quickly to the pace of service, ensuring minimal wait times for guests.
  • Ensure accurate cash handling and till operation, balancing speed with attention to detail.
  • Support bar opening and closing procedures, including stock counts, cleaning, and equipment checks.
  • Maintain excellent product knowledge (drinks menu, specials, promotions) and confidently upsell when appropriate.
  • Monitor responsible alcohol service, identifying and addressing any issues professionally.
  • Uphold health, safety, and hygiene standards across all areas of the bar.
  • Contribute to a positive, team-oriented culture, supporting colleagues across the Theatre.

About You

  • Proven bartending experience in a high-volume bar, club or live entertainment environment.
  • Fast, efficient and professional, with the ability to keep pace during intense service periods.
  • Confident and calm under pressure, with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Personable and engaging, with excellent communication and guest service skills.
  • Highly organised, with strong attention to detail in a fast-moving environment.
  • Reliable, adaptable, and confident working late nights, weekends, and peak event schedules.
  • Passion for live music, nightlife, and hospitality.
