About the Role

We’re looking for a talented Account Manager to join our commercial team and drive sales growth across selected accounts and territories within EMEA. This is a high-impact role where you’ll build long-term customer relationships, identify new opportunities and support market development for some of our most innovative materials.

Role Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of accounts across the EMEA region.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, providing technical and commercial support.
  • Identify and convert new business opportunities in target markets and sectors.
  • Support customers through product development and launch phases.
  • Contribute to regional sales planning, forecasting and growth strategy.

What you'll need

  • Degree-level education or equivalent professional experience.
  • Proven B2B sales experience, ideally in a technical, manufacturing or engineering environment.
  • Strong commercial awareness and understanding of channel marketing.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a results-driven mindset.
  • Willingness to travel (up to 50% across EMEA).
  • Ability to speak another European language, such as German or Italian, would be beneficial.

You’ll be comfortable working cross-functionally, skilled in negotiation and problem solving, and able to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery.
