We are partnering with a leading global technology organisation to appoint an Order Fulfilment Manager into a high impact, customer facing role. This is an opportunity to work at the centre of complex global supply operations, supporting major household name clients across the tech sector.

The Role

You will take ownership of a diverse global customer order portfolio, ensuring control, accuracy, prioritisation, and on time delivery. Acting as the primary point of contact for key clients, you will coordinate across internal teams to resolve issues, manage expectations, and deliver a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end to end order fulfilment across a global customer base
  • Align order schedules with customer requirements and project timelines
  • Identify and resolve supply gaps in collaboration with internal teams
  • Process and manage order changes within ERP systems including Oracle
  • Communicate updates on shipment and delivery timelines to stakeholders
  • Review and optimise order scheduling against existing commitments
  • Resolve shipment issues and prevent delays
  • Drive customer satisfaction through service level performance
  • Partner closely with Logistics and Distribution teams
  • Remove order holds and unblock shipments
  • Participate in cross functional planning and delivery meetings

About You

  • Experience within Supply Chain, Order Management, Customer Service, Planning, or Scheduling
  • Strong Excel capability including lookups and handling large data sets
  • Experience working with ERP systems, ideally Oracle
  • Confident communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Proven ability to work across global teams and build strong relationships
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail

Working Pattern and Benefits

This role supports the US market and operates on a 2pm to 10pm schedule. In return, a 10% shift allowance is provided as part of the overall package. Hybrid working is available, offering flexibility alongside exposure to a truly global operation.
