FULL DESCRIPTION

Customer Assistant - Online

We’re looking for friendly, customer-focused people to join our Online team at [Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] in Verwood, where you’ll be picking and packing customer orders ready for delivery or collection. This is a fixed-term, 20-hour-per-week position with shifts starting at 4am.

About the Role

You’ll work in a fast-paced, structured environment with clear routines and timed activities. You’ll use in-store tech to accept orders, find the right products, and prepare them quickly and carefully. You’ll also support other store areas like Replenishment and Customer Service as needed.
