About the Role

As a Market Street Florist at [Employer hidden], you will be the face of our fresh flower shop. Responsibilities include ensuring customer confidence in fresh flower availability, using floristry skills to develop new business areas, maintaining quality displays, replenishing hand ties, dealing with queries and orders, and delivering outstanding customer service.

About You

• Friendly and supportive, with a passion for helping customers
• Enjoys a fast-paced environment
• Uses initiative to resolve customer queries
• Able to use equipment safely
• Fully qualified to NVQ L2 or L3 in floristry or equivalent experience
• Flexible to work across other locations when needed
