Join [Employer hidden] Daily as a Convenience Store Manager and run your store like it's your own business! We are looking for a dedicated ‘shopkeeper’ to lead one of our busy stores. Your mission will be to serve your customers, support your colleagues, and champion your local community, ensuring the store is the best place to work and shop.

As the heart of your store, you will be responsible for driving success across four key areas:

  • Customer & Commercial Performance: Treat the store as your own business, constantly seeking innovative ways to improve the commercial offering, drive sales, and manage costs effectively. Lead your team to deliver exceptional customer service in line with the [Employer hidden] brand promise.
  • Team Leadership & Development: Oversee all people activities from recruitment to training. Build an inclusive culture where every colleague is motivated and empowered.
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure all operational procedures, health and safety, and compliance standards are met. Flexibility required including early mornings, late nights, and weekends.
  • Community Engagement: Build strong relationships within the local community and actively seek ways to offer support.

About you

We prioritise leadership qualities over specific experience: people development, inspiration and influence, hands-on attitude, and resilience. Prior experience in a fast-paced service environment (retail, convenience, hospitality) is beneficial. Some stores offer Post Office services – a P250 financial check will be required if applicable.
