About the Role

Are you an entrepreneurial, customer-focused leader with a passion for retail and community? Join [Employer hidden] Daily as a Convenience Store Manager and run your store like it's your own business! We are looking for a dedicated ‘shopkeeper’ to lead one of our busy stores. Your mission will be to serve your customers, support your colleagues, and champion your local community, ensuring the store is the best place to work and shop.

As the heart of your store, you will be responsible for driving success across four key areas:

  • Customer & Commercial Performance: Treat the store as your own business, seek innovative ways to improve commercial offering, drive sales, manage costs. Lead your team to deliver exceptional customer service in line with the [Employer hidden] brand promise.
  • Team Leadership & Development: Oversee all people activities: recruitment, induction, training, development. Build an inclusive culture where colleagues are motivated and empowered.
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure all operational procedures, health and safety, compliance standards are met. Flexibility required including early mornings, late nights, weekends.
  • Community Engagement: Build strong relationships within the local community, understand the store's vital role and seek ways to offer support.
