Production Operative
[Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] Group is hiring a Production Operative at our Knaresborough manufacturing site. This is a permanent, full-time role (38.5 hours per week, 4 days on/4 days off, 7am-7pm). We provide full training – no experience required. You'll work on busy production lines in a fast-paced factory environment. Benefits include six weeks holiday, 15% colleague discount, pension, and more. Closing date: 10 May 2026.
About this role
As a Production Operative you’ll work on our busy lines in a fast paced factory. We’ll train you on a variety of tasks to make sure you’re ready to provide top quality products our customers love.

About you
You don’t need to have any previous experience – we’ll provide all of the training and support that you need!
You’ll be the kind of person who:
- Loves working as part of a team
- Enjoys working in a fast paced environment
- Works well as part of a team and enjoys being physically active
- Has the ability to maintain concentration throughout shift where tasks are repetitive
- Is open to working in a production environment with varying temperatures
