Cafe Manager

[Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] is recruiting a Cafe Manager for the Harwood, Bolton store. This is a permanent, full-time role (40 hours per week) with a competitive salary and excellent benefits. Closing date: 02 July 2026.

About the Role

Reporting into the Store Manager, you will:

  • Listen and respond to customer feedback and react accordingly
  • Ensure market leading availability across the store
  • Work with other managers to lead a supportive and performance driven department
  • Efficiently manage all people routines, including scheduling, absence, performance and talent conversations
  • Deliver training to ensure team capability and confidence
  • Enable colleagues to work across various departments
  • Identify and develop talent within the department
  • Build effective relationships with other operating departments
  • Lead colleagues to deliver outstanding performance against all relevant targets
  • Take a leadership role within the store
  • Ensure thorough resource planning
