Cafe Manager

[Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] is recruiting a Cafe Manager for the Harwood, Bolton store. This is a permanent, full-time role (40 hours per week) with a competitive salary and excellent benefits. Closing date: 02 July 2026.

About the Role

Reporting into the Store Manager, you will:

Listen and respond to customer feedback and react accordingly
Ensure market leading availability across the store
Work with other managers to lead a supportive and performance driven department
Efficiently manage all people routines, including scheduling, absence, performance and talent conversations
Deliver training to ensure team capability and confidence
Enable colleagues to work across various departments
Identify and develop talent within the department
Build effective relationships with other operating departments
Lead colleagues to deliver outstanding performance against all relevant targets
Take a leadership role within the store
Ensure thorough resource planning
