• Ensure customer confidence in availability of fresh bakery products
• Maintain quality, fresh and attractive displays of food throughout the trading day
• Prepare bakery products for sale using equipment (prover, oven, mixer) and bakery skills
• Deliver outstanding, friendly and helpful service
