As the heart of your store, you will be responsible for driving success across four key areas:
- Customer & Commercial Performance: Treat the store as your own business, drive sales, manage costs, and deliver best-in-class customer experience.
- Team Leadership & Development: Oversee recruitment, training, and development; build an inclusive culture.
- Operational Excellence: Ensure health & safety, compliance, and maintain an attractive shopping environment. Flexibility required for early mornings, late nights, and weekends.
- Community Engagement: Build strong relationships within the local community and champion the store's role.
