As the heart of your store, you will be responsible for driving success across four key areas:
- Customer & Commercial Performance: Treat the store as your own business, drive sales, manage costs, deliver exceptional customer service in line with the [Employer hidden] brand promise.
- Team Leadership & Development: Oversee all people activities; recruit, induct, train, develop. Build an inclusive culture where colleagues are motivated and empowered.
- Operational Excellence: Ensure standards, compliance, health and safety. Flexibility required including early mornings, late nights, weekend work.
- Community Engagement: Build strong relationships within the local community, support the store's role as a community hub.
