Reporting into the Store Manager, you will also: lead the team to the best standard, plan promotions, listen to customer feedback, ensure market leading availability, work with other managers, manage people routines, deliver training, motivate colleagues, identify talent, build relationships, and ensure resource is planned thoroughly.
About you
Whether previous experience in retail, hospitality, service industry or travel & tourism, if you have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service we want to hear from you. What we need: experience managing a team in a fast paced environment, great communication skills, ability to build and maintain relationships, adaptability to change, and active listening to customers and colleagues.
