As the heart of your store, you will be responsible for driving success across four key areas:

  • Customer & Commercial Performance: Treat the store as your own business, drive sales, manage costs, and deliver exceptional customer service in line with the [Employer hidden] brand promise.
  • Team Leadership & Development: Oversee all people activities including recruitment, training, and development; champion an inclusive culture.
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure operational procedures, health & safety, and compliance standards are met. Requires flexibility including early mornings, late nights, and weekends.
  • Community Engagement: Build strong relationships within the local community and actively seek ways to support.
