About the Role
Reporting into the Store Manager, you will: Listen and respond to customer feedback, ensure market-leading availability, work with other managers, manage people routines, deliver training, enable colleagues, identify and develop talent, build relationships, lead colleagues, take a leadership role, plan resources.
About You
We are looking for someone with experience managing a team in a fast-paced environment, great communication skills, ability to build relationships, adaptability to change, and a customer-first attitude.
