BA Customer Service Advisor
[Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] is looking for a customer focused and enthusiastic Customer Service Advisor to place the customer at the heart of our business, based in Heathrow. Salary - £28,157.34 (6 month fixed term contract).
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide excellent Customer Service to all visitors to Uniform Services locations
- Accurately complete all appropriate paperwork to support alterations
- Provide an efficient counter collection service for employees receiving their new uniforms
- Keep up close liaison with your internal customers to ensure the smooth running of customer deliveries
- Receipt and restock daily deliveries of uniform
- Work between Uniform Services locations on a rota basis
- Carry out any ad-hoc duties or tasks to assist with project work or continuous improvement initiatives
- Liaise with Customers and Colleagues to problem solve
Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required
- Customer Service focus
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing over email
- Self motivated
- Good time management skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Reliability
- Team work
