Membership Manager

[Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] is seeking a Membership Manager to lead engagement, support, and growth of its network of over 160 youth and community organisations. The role involves developing a strong membership offer, coordinating consultations and events, and ensuring member voices shape the strategy.

Role Profile: The Membership Manager leads [Employer hidden]'s work to engage, support, and grow our network of over 160 youth and community organisations. They are responsible for developing a strong membership offer, coordinating consultations and events, and ensuring member voices shape our strategy. The role plays a key part in strengthening peer networks, championing inclusion, and driving collaboration across the sector.

Salary: £36,124 p.a (pro-rata)

Contract: 12-month fixed term (with potential for extension)

Role reports to: Associate Director of Partnerships /Membership
