Parts Invoice Administrator

Location: Accident Repair Centre Chepstow

Team: Bodyshop & Accident Repair

Contract Type: Full time

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Parts Administrator to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the efficient management of parts inventory, supporting internal teams, and maintaining excellent service standards for customers and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Processing invoices raised between internal dealership sites
  • Process and tracking all parts in relation to our Bodyshop and preparation centre

Essential Skills and Qualifications

  • Previous experience in an administrative or parts-related role
  • Must have previous Kerridge experience
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office especially Excel (preferred)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
