Warehouse Department Manager

About the Role
Reporting into the Warehouse Manager, you will work closely with other departments to ensure site targets and KPIs are met, ensure adherence to Health & Safety, support development of Team Managers, and lead continuous improvement.

- Relevant experience as a manager within a fast paced warehouse or manufacturing environment (food industry bonus)
- Strong analytical and decision making skills
- Excellent communication skills and solution focussed problem solver
- Proven track record of people management and delivering strong results
- Can do attitude and strong work ethic
