About this role
[Employer hidden] is looking for a natural leader or a great customer assistant ready for the next step. As an Online Team Leader, you will drive the in-store Online team to deliver outstanding service, create an engaging environment, analyse data to improve processes, ensure orders are picked and despatched on time, and uphold company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create a team that delivers outstanding, friendly and helpful service to all customers.
- Create an engaging department environment where colleagues are trusted to place customers at the heart of everything.
- Build a supportive and performance-driven culture with recognition and reward.
- Analyse department data to identify opportunities and risks.
- Ensure all policies, procedures and legal obligations are followed.
- Ensure all orders are picked, despatched and delivered within required time scale with minimal substitutions.

About you
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships
- Experience in developing and leading teams, coaching for high performance
- Strong operational and technical knowledge of the Online department
- Able to effectively plan, organise and manage workload
- Able to work to strict deadlines
