• Cultivating a high-performance culture through talent development, succession planning, and supportive leadership
• Working with teams in Head Office to ensure best availability
• Building and managing relationships with the local community

• Experience managing a store in a fast paced food retail environment is essential
• Strong leadership skills with capacity to listen and respond
• Passion for spotting and driving talent
• Ability to resolve challenges and build trust
