- Developing and executing strategic initiatives to enhance store performance and profitability
- Listening and responding to what our customers and colleagues are telling us
- Cultivating a high-performance culture through talent development, succession planning, and supportive leadership
- Working with teams in Head Office to ensure best availability
- Building and managing relationships with the local community
About you
- Experience managing a store in a fast paced food retail environment is essential
- Strong leadership skills with capacity to listen and respond
- Passion for spotting and driving talent
- Ability to resolve challenges and build trust
