Store Manager - Convenience

[Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] is hiring a Store Manager for its convenience store in Girvan, Ayrshire. This is a permanent, full-time position (42 hours per week) with a competitive salary and excellent benefits.

About the Role

As the heart of your store, you will be responsible for driving success across four key areas:

  • Customer & Commercial Performance: Treat the store as your own business, drive sales, manage costs, and deliver best-in-class customer experience.
  • Team Leadership & Development: Oversee all people activities, recruit, train, and develop talent, and foster an inclusive culture.
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure health & safety compliance, maintain efficient operations, and be flexible with early mornings, late nights, and weekends.
  • Community Engagement: Build strong local relationships and champion the store's role in the community.
