Key Responsibilities
- Developing and executing strategic initiatives to enhance store performance and profitability
- Listening and responding to customers and colleagues
- Cultivating a high-performance culture through talent development and succession planning
- Working with Head Office teams to ensure best availability
- Building and managing relationships with the local community
About You
- Experience managing a store in fast-paced food retail is essential
- Strong leadership skills with capacity to listen and respond
- Passion for spotting and driving talent
- Ability to resolve challenges and build trust
- Natural ability to set clear objectives
- Power to create a collaborative culture
