About this role
We're recruiting for a Manufacturing Operative Receptionist, able to represent our company brand by providing excellent communication and customer service. They’ll deal with both internal and external customers, and will provide secretarial, clerical and administrative support in an effective and efficient manner.
Leading on all aspects of covering a reception, you’ll liaise with stakeholders across site, and support with meeting and greeting all visitors and contractors, as well as all employee requests and queries at reception as they arise. Providing support to operational colleagues, you’ll handle requests for information and provide appropriate reports on a daily basis, as well as sorting and routing mail and correspondence.
About you
- Communication, teamwork and prioritisation skills
- Flexibility and the ability to work under pressure
- Experience in administrative tasks
- Computer / systems experience, including intermediate Microsoft Office/Google skills
