Customer Assistant - Market Street & Cafe
[Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] is hiring a Customer Assistant for Market Street and Cafe in Cheltenham. This fixed-term, part-time role (7.5 hours/week) involves preparing and serving fresh food, including pizzas, fish, meat, and cafe meals, while providing excellent customer service. Candidates should be helpful, friendly, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment. Training across replenishment and customer service is provided. About the Role
We’re looking for friendly, hands-on people to join our Market Street and Café team, preparing and serving the fresh, high-quality food we’re known for. From serving meals in our Café to preparing pizzas, fresh fish, or meat on Market Street, you’ll play a big part in making our customers’ experience special every day. You’ll work in a fast-paced, structured environment with clear routines and timed activities that help keep everything running smoothly - all to make sure our customers can get what they need, when they need it. You’ll also be trained across other areas of the store too, such as Replenishment and Customer Service, so flexibility and teamwork are essential.
