Are you an entrepreneurial, customer-focused leader with a passion for retail and community? Join [Employer hidden] Daily as a Convenience Store Manager and run your store like it's your own business!

We are looking for a dedicated ‘shopkeeper’ to lead one of our busy stores. Your mission will be to serve your customers, support your colleagues, and champion your local community, ensuring the store is the best place to work and shop.

As the heart of your store, you will be responsible for driving success across four key areas:

  • Customer & Commercial Performance – Entrepreneurial spirit, best-in-class experience
  • Team Leadership & Development – Cultivating talent, inclusive culture
  • Operational Excellence – Standards & compliance, flexibility

About you

We are looking for leaders who can inspire, adapt, and deliver results. While prior experience in a fast-paced, service-focused environment is beneficial, we prioritise: People Development, Inspiration & Influence, Hands-On Attitude, Resilience.
