We are looking for a dedicated ‘shopkeeper’ to lead one of our busy stores. Your mission will be to serve your customers, support your colleagues, and champion your local community, ensuring the store is the best place to work and shop.
As the heart of your store, you will be responsible for driving success across four key areas:
- Customer & Commercial Performance – Entrepreneurial spirit, best-in-class customer experience, driving sales and managing costs.
- Team Leadership & Development – Recruitment, training, development, and fostering an inclusive culture.
- Operational Excellence – Health and safety, compliance, maintaining an attractive shopping environment, and flexibility for early mornings, late nights, and weekends.
- Community Engagement – Building strong local relationships and supporting the community.
About You
We are looking for leaders who can inspire, adapt, and deliver results. While prior experience in retail, convenience, or hospitality is beneficial, we prioritise:
