Key Warehouse Operative (Freezer)
[Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] is currently hiring for a Key Warehouse Operative (Freezer) at the [Employer hidden] Corby distribution centre. This is a permanent, night shift role offering competitive hourly pay and a comprehensive benefits package.
About the Role
As a Warehouse & FLT Operative (Freezer) at [Employer hidden], you will be key to the operation. You will be trained to handle a variety of warehouse tasks including bringing products in, picking stock, replenishing and putting away goods, driving a forklift truck, and loading stock for despatch. You will work safely with food and health & safety policies in mind. Full training is provided.
- Location: Corby
- Hours: 34 hours per week, Nights - 5 out of 7 (22:00-06:00) or 4 out of 7 (20:00-06:00). Weekend flexibility required.
- Contract: Permanent
- Closing date: 31 May 2026
- Minimum age 18 due to equipment used.

- A team player who enjoys fast-paced environments
- Comfortable with an active role and good level of fitness
- Able to work in varying temperatures (8°C to -21°C) in a freezer environment
- Detail-oriented and takes pride in completing tasks
- Previous warehouse experience is desirable but not essential
- Flexible to work the night shifts and weekends as outlined
