About this role

At [Employer hidden], we're proud to deliver great food and friendly service to our customers. As a Cafe Team Leader, you'll support the day-to-day of the café and BREW bar, helping the team to deliver outstanding service and maintain high standards.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Deliver high café and BREW standards, ensuring full operational compliance
  • Provide outstanding customer service across all café touchpoints
  • Coordinate daily activities and communication within the café
  • Identify opportunities for improvement using data and customer feedback
  • Work closely with managers and colleagues to drive sales and achieve store targets
  • Ensure compliance with all Health & Safety and food safety standards
  • Respond quickly to customer queries and resolve issues effectively
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and stock control
  • Minimise waste through careful handling and stock management
  • Complete all tasks and procedures in line with company policies

About you

We're looking for someone passionate about customer service who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Ideally you'll have experience delivering excellent customer service, building strong relationships, supporting or leading a team, and strong operational knowledge of a café or hospitality environment. A positive attitude, awareness of food safety and hygiene, and flexibility are essential.
