Trading Manager - Hereford

This is a permanent, full-time role (40 hours/week) with a competitive salary and excellent benefits. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will lead teams to ensure market-leading availability and customer service.

  • Listen and respond to customer feedback

  • Manage people routines including scheduling and talent conversations
  • Deliver training to build team capability
  • Motivate colleagues across departments
  • Identify and develop talent
  • Build effective relationships with other departments
  • Take a leadership role in store

About you
