We are looking for a dedicated ‘shopkeeper’ to lead one of our busy stores. Your mission will be to serve your customers, support your colleagues, and champion your local community, ensuring the store is the best place to work and shop.

As the heart of your store, you will be responsible for driving success across four key areas:

  • Customer & Commercial Performance: Entrepreneurial spirit, treat the store as your own business, drive sales, manage costs, deliver best-in-class customer experience in line with the [Employer hidden] brand promise.
  • Team Leadership & Development: Oversee all people activities, cultivate an inclusive culture, motivate and empower colleagues.

  • Community Engagement: Build strong local relationships, champion the store's role in the community.
