Join [Employer hidden] Daily as a Convenience Store Manager and run your store like it's your own business! We are looking for a dedicated ‘shopkeeper’ to lead one of our busy stores. Your mission will be to serve your customers, support your colleagues, and champion your local community, ensuring the store is the best place to work and shop.

Key Areas of Responsibility

  • Customer & Commercial Performance: Entrepreneurial spirit, best-in-class customer experience, drive sales and manage costs.
  • Team Leadership & Development: Cultivate talent, oversee recruitment and training, build an inclusive culture.
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure health and safety compliance, maintain an efficient shopping environment, flexibility for early mornings/late nights/weekends.
  • Community Engagement: Build strong local relationships, champion the store's role in the community.

About you

We are looking for leaders who can inspire, adapt, and deliver results. Prior experience in fast-paced service environments (retail, convenience, hospitality) is beneficial, but we prioritise these qualities:
