We work with ad accounts, creatives, analytics, and processes to ensure stable launches and predictable growth across Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, and other platforms. Our clients are high-spend teams in Affiliate Marketing, Social Discovery, Social Casino, EdTech, Apps, and Lead Generation.

Your Role

As a Graphic / Motion Designer at [Employer hidden], you are part of the marketing department, where creatives are a core performance and scaling tool. You will collaborate with marketers, media buyers, and analysts to create paid traffic creatives that pass policy, scale efficiently, and deliver measurable results.

Responsibilities

  • Creating ad creatives as part of the marketing infrastructure
  • Designing static and motion creatives for paid traffic
  • Adapting creatives across formats, platforms, and GEOs
  • Generating ideas for marketing and ad campaigns
  • Analyzing competitors and market creatives (spy tools)
  • Working with performance metrics (CTR, hooks, retention)
  • Close collaboration with the marketing team and media buyers
  • Maintaining [Employer hidden]'s visual standards

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in graphic design and/or video editing
  • Portfolio with real cases
  • Understanding ad platform policies
  • Basic performance marketing knowledge
  • Tools: Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro
  • UI/UX and design trend awareness
  • Ability to work with briefs and deadlines
