As the world's leading change and transformation consultancy, [Employer hidden] is helping businesses move from strategy to reality. We're seeking a Manager/Senior Manager - Target Operating Model to create lasting impact for our government client.

Please note, this is an initial 3-6 month inside IR35 PAYE Umbrella contract that will require onsite working in central London 2-3 days per week.

Summary

As a Manager/Senior Manager you will be responsible for assessing the current Digital, Data and Technology (DDaT) operating model against the organization's evolving strategic requirements. Your goal will be to ensure the DDaT function is efficient, strategically aligned, and configured to meet the department's future operating model.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate the existing DDaT operating model and identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand the organization's evolving strategic priorities and translate them into DDaT requirements
  • Develop and implement a new, streamlined DDaT operating model that enhances efficiency and supports the organization's long-term goals
  • Oversee the execution of the new operating model, ensuring a seamless transition and maximum impact
  • Provide guidance and direction to the DDaT team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement

Qualifications & Experience

  • Extensive experience in organizational transformation and operational efficiency within a digital/technology environment
  • Strong understanding of government operating models and the unique requirements of the public sector
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and address complex challenges
  • Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and driving change initiatives
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to navigate complex organizational dynamics
  • Relevant educational background, such as a degree in Business, Technology, or a related field
