Job Title: Project Manager (Life Sciences Industry)

Location: London, Greater London (Hybrid – 2-3 days onsite per week)
Employment Type: Contract (1 year Inside IR35 PAYE Umbrella)
Summary: Lead end-to-end delivery of a confidential project, managing plans, risks, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams. Requires 10+ years of project management experience with knowledge of data, analytics, finance, and legal. PMP certification preferred. No visa sponsorship available.
You Will:
- Develop and manage comprehensive project plans to ensure the successful delivery of the confidential project
- Coordinate internal and external teams to align on project goals, timelines, and deliverables
- Oversee risk and issue management to proactively identify and mitigate potential roadblocks
- Engage with stakeholders across various business functions, including HR, Technology, Finance, Legal, Commercial, Medical, Regulatory, Supply Chain, and Procurement
- Ensure quality and governance throughout the project lifecycle
- Manage meetings, communications, and documentation to keep all parties informed and aligned
Ideally, We'd Like:
- 10+ years of experience as a Project Manager, with a strong understanding of data and analytics, finance, and legal knowledge
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Project
- Excellent communication and organizational skills to manage stakeholders across multiple areas
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and third-party partners
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business, Engineering, or Information Technology
- Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification
