Senior Events Co-ordinator

Responsibilities
- Take a proactive sales approach and adapt sales solutions to meet client needs.
- Deal with all M&E calls, face-to-face meetings and email enquiries efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills as main point of contact for prospective clients.
- Identify customer needs and draw up customised M&E proposals.
- Identify sales leads and forward to Sales Team.
- Assist in training and development of new team members.
- Record enquiries accurately and update client files.
- Maintain client records and communicate changes.
- Develop relationships with local clients and agency workers.
- Conduct show rounds to guests and potential clients.
- Ensure bookings align with guest requests and budget.
- Assist in managing business bookings.
