[Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] is seeking a Commis Chef to join the Kitchen Department. This role is casual, based at The Queens Hotel and Spa in Birmingham, with a salary of £13.21 per hour.

Key Responsibilities
- To be welcoming and approachable to all guests visiting the hotel.
- To work as directed on appropriate section and directed by Chef de Partie.
- To make sure all food is prepared to the correct standard and in conjunction with use charts.
- To ensure good food quality and correct quantity.
- To make sure all food items are sent to the correct area on time.
- Flexibility to respond and satisfy a variety of guest situations.
