About the Role

Responsibilities
- Ensure the Night Team consistently delivers high-quality service aligned with [Employer hidden] standards.
- Ensure rotas are planned 2 weeks in advance for accounts approval.
- Prepare the hotel for the following day's operations, including public areas, bedrooms, and event spaces.
- Access, update, and maintain guest profiles in the [Employer hidden] database.
- Make and manage reservations accurately using the hotel booking system.
- Care for all equipment and facilities, reporting and resolving issues as needed.
- Oversee the Night Team, handling guest complaints and complex requests.
- Adhere to and enforce all Park Regis policies regarding Data Protection and Personal Identifiable Information; ensure Night Team is trained and compliant.
- Follow and apply all Night Shift and Front Office Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Assist in ensuring payroll is in line with budget.
- Be fully aware of rates and room sales in line with budget.
