About the role
As a Warehouse Operative at [Employer hidden], you’ll play a key role in bringing our new store openings to life across the UK & Ireland from our Distribution Centre in Doncaster, where this role is based. Supporting the pre-retail process for every new opening, you’ll help make sure merchandise standards are maintained to the highest level while staying aligned with evolving brand and visual direction.
Working closely with the wider Warehouse and Merchandising teams, you’ll support operational excellence across the department, from coaching and motivating colleagues to creating Standard Operating Procedures and delivering team training. You’ll also help maintain a safe and efficient working environment by following Health & Safety policies and procedures, while supporting reporting and operational capability reviews across the business.
