Loss Prevention Officer

The role involves ensuring warehouse security, monitoring CCTV, searching people and vehicles, and dealing with incidents. Full-time permanent position with 12-hour rotating shifts (days and nights).

The Role
The Loss Prevention team plays a pivotal role in [Employer hidden]'s large scale distribution operation. Our Loss Prevention Officers have a wide range of exciting responsibilities. You will be the first point of contact for staff, visitors and contractors, whilst monitoring access to the site for deliveries and vehicle loads in order to keep stock loss to a minimum. This varied role includes monitoring CCTV, fire and intruder alarm systems, conducting searches of people and vehicles to deter theft. You may have to deal with incidents in a calm, professional manner and complete detailed reports and statements. You will report to your Loss Prevention Manager.
