The Role
As a Product Analyst – Customer Experience, you will operate at the intersection of product and engineering, taking ownership of customer-facing features from concept through to delivery. - Running agile ceremonies and working closely with engineers to deliver high-quality outputs.
- Translating product vision into detailed epics, user stories, and technical acceptance criteria.
- Building and iterating on working prototypes and front-end solutions to validate ideas quickly.
- Designing and improving end-to-end customer journeys, focusing on usability, performance, and scalability.
- Identifying and reducing complexity across systems, workflows, and customer touchpoints.
- Collaborating with technical teams to ensure solutions are feasible, scalable, and aligned to architecture.
- Using data, user feedback, and testing to continuously refine and improve the customer experience.
What We Are Looking For
- Experience in a product, technical business analysis, or product engineering role.
- Strong hands-on experience with prototyping or front-end development (e.g. building working demos).
- Solid understanding of agile delivery, backlog management, and working closely with engineering teams.
- Ability to write clear, detailed requirements that translate effectively into technical delivery.
- Experience using tools such as Figma, v0, or AI-assisted development tools (e.g. Claude Code) is desirable.
- Strong systems thinking with the ability to simplify complex processes and architectures.
- Experience improving customer journeys through data, testing, and iteration.
- Exposure to logistics, eCommerce, or platform-based products is desirable.
