Our Sales Assistants are the foundation of our stores - a brilliant team at the heart of everything we do. As a ‘made to measure’ specialist, you’ll become a curtain, blind and shutter expert. You’ll guide customers through the process from styling advice to taking precise measurements and planning fitters’ routes.

What you'll be doing

• You’ll be customer obsessed – always considering the impact of your actions on the customer experience
• Consistently deliver exceptional customer service to support strong CSAT scores
• Help and inspire customers to create their dream vision window treatments – guiding them through bespoke curtains, blinds, voiles and shutters
• Advise customers on fabric, linings and headings
• Own the end to end sales process from quote to installation
• Liaise with the in-store fitter and manage the fitter’s diary
• Additionally, cover tills, shop floor, hosting, and stock & delivery duties
