This role sits at the heart of [Employer hidden]’s Forecasting & Replenishment capability, helping ensure our processes are aligned to our strategic goals and are being consistently applied across the business. As a Relex Super User, you’ll be the go‑to expert for all things Relex, developing the system, championing its use and supporting Demand Planners and wider teams to get the most out of the tool. You will play a key role in improving processes, embedding best practice and supporting key business projects.
Working in a hybrid way from our Leicester Store Support Centre, this role has a real impact on availability, stock, productivity and how confidently the business plans for the future.
What you'll be doing
- Act as a subject matter expert for our Relex forecasting and ordering tool, supporting Demand Planners, DC Planners and wider teams with their day‑to‑day usage and best practice application.
- Work closely with Buying, Merchandising and the Central F&R Team to ensure forecasts reflect trading plans, events and agreed assumptions.
- Challenge and work alongside other teams to improve master data collection and quality to continually improve our processes.
- Help Demand Planners understand and justify forecast interventions, ensuring changes are evidence‑based and clearly explained.
- Understand replenishment processes including order schedules, ordering constraints and supply source rules.
- Co-create training material to deliver. Coach and support teams to build confidence and capability in forecasting methodologies, system levers and parameters for replenishment processes.
- Actively develop our system creating and maintaining business rules, writing TQL code, testing and deploying new capabilities from Relex upgrades and internal developments.

Essential skills / experience
- Strong experience using Forecasting & Replenishment tools in a retail environment
- Solid understanding of demand patterns, promotional impacts and forecast accuracy measures
- Ability to interpret data, identify issues and turn insight into clear actions
Nice to haves
- Experience working across Buying, Merchandising and/or Supply Chain functions
- Direct Relex and/or SAP system experience
