About the Role

Your local [Employer hidden] store is looking for a Barista/Coffee Shop Assistant. From the first coffee poured to the final smile shared, every moment in Pausa is a chance to brighten someone’s day. You’ll take pride in every cup you pour, build expert knowledge of our product range and meaningfully connect with our customers.

What You'll Be Doing

• Be customer obsessed – consistently consider the impact of your actions on the customer experience
• Serving hot and cold beverages that delight our customers
• Dishing up our delicious savoury and sweet food items
• Ensuring all cooked food is nice and hot
• Keeping the restaurant tables clear and sanitised
• Providing an exceptional standard of cleanliness throughout the kitchen, service area and restaurant
• Consistently deliver exceptional customer service to support strong CSAT scores
• Working with a variety of ingredients including dairy, nuts, meat products including pork

What We'll Look For in You

• Customer obsessed – put customers first in every interaction
• Flexible, able to work across weekends and evenings
• Previous experience working closely with a team; ideally prior work experience in a similar environment
• Friendly, hard-working individual who loves to provide a joyful customer dining experience
• Team player who loves the satisfaction of a job well done
