Pay: £8.00 per hour (16-17) / £12.71 per hour (18+)
Type: Permanent, minimum 16 hours per week
Overview
Your local [Employer hidden] store is looking for a minimum 16 hrs per week Barista/Coffee Shop Assistant. Our coffee shops, affectionately titled Pausa, are positively thriving and it is our Coffee Shop Assistants that are at the very heart of their success. You’ll take pride in every cup you pour, build expert knowledge of our product range and meaningfully connect with our customers.
What you'll be doing
- Be customer obsessed – consistently consider the impact of your actions on the customer experience, and strive to deliver joyful experiences
- Serving hot and cold beverages that delight our customers
- Dishing up our delicious savoury and sweet food items, ensuring presentation sparks joy
- Ensuring all cooked food is nice and hot
- Keeping the restaurant tables clear and sanitised
- Providing an exceptional standard of cleanliness throughout the kitchen, service area and restaurant
- Consistently deliver exceptional customer service to support strong CSAT scores
- Working with a variety of ingredients including dairy, nuts, meat products including pork

- You have previous experience working closely with a team and ideally prior work experience in a similar environment
