Your local store is looking for a minimum 16 hrs per week Barista/Coffee Shop Assistant. From the first coffee poured to the final smile shared, every moment in Pausa is a chance to brighten someone’s day - and you’ll be right at the centre of it all.

What you'll be doing

• Be customer obsessed – consistently consider the impact of your actions on the customer experience
• Serving hot and cold beverages that delight our customers
• Dishing up our delicious savoury and sweet food items
• Ensuring all cooked food is nice and hot
• Keeping the restaurant tables clear and sanitised
• Providing exceptional cleanliness throughout kitchen, service area and restaurant
• Deliver exceptional customer service to support strong CSAT scores
• Working with various ingredients including dairy, nuts, meat products

What we'll look for in you

• You’re flexible, able to work across weekends and evenings
• You have previous experience working closely with a team
