About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic Business Analyst to join a growing IT function based in Northampton. This role plays a key part in driving innovation, improving operational efficiency, and supporting the successful delivery of digital transformation initiatives across the organisation.

Working closely with cross-functional teams, the successful candidate will analyse business requirements and advocate for user-focused solutions that enhance service delivery.

You will be part of a collaborative and supportive team environment, led by experienced professionals who are committed to providing guidance and development opportunities.

This position is primarily office-based, so applicants should be within a commutable distance of Northampton.

What We Are Looking For

  • Strong understanding of digital transformation, user adoption, and change management principles
  • Experience with platforms such as Microsoft 365 including Copilot, document management systems, practice management tools, or equivalent technologies
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
  • Strong knowledge of automation, workflow optimisation, and process improvement
  • Awareness of AI technologies within professional services environments
  • A product-focused, problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently
  • Proven Business Analyst experience within digital, technology, or client-facing environments
  • Experience in project coordination and business analysis, ideally within professional services
  • Degree or equivalent experience in business, law, technology, or innovation
  • Familiarity with project management and business analysis methodologies
