Claims Administrator
[Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] is a fast-growing, established MGA specialising in niche motor insurance for the UK motor market. We’re looking for an experienced administrator to join our expanding claims department, based in Diss, South Norfolk. This role will encompass a wide range of administrative tasks in a busy and diverse operation. Ideally, you’ll be an experienced administrator with experience in Excel and Word. You’ll be diligent and will take a flexible and proactive approach to the changing needs of the business. Most important is your attitude and work ethic – we’re looking for people who can contribute something and have a desire to grow and develop with us.
Technical Expertise & Requirements
- Assisting the Claims teams with general administrative tasks
- Dealing with post, scanning and filing
- Managing claims bordereaux tasks
- Keeping data systems up to date
- Using word, excel, etc
- Monitoring, organising and distributing tasks from shared claims mailboxes.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage and prioritise your own workload.
- A confident verbal and written communicator.
