About the Role

We are recruiting for a Sales Negotiator to be based in our Carlisle city centre office. We are looking for a friendly and confident person, who is looking to progress or start a career in property to work in our city centre office, to advise clients on the sale and purchase of properties. You will be joining a knowledgeable and established estate agency office, although experience in estate agency or sales is welcome it is not essential as a full training program is available to the successful candidate.

Responsibilities

Arrange viewings and valuations for properties
Follow up appointments and negotiate offers and sales
Build relationships with clients and provide excellent customer service
Pro-actively generate business
