Night Team Leader
[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] Glebe House is looking to recruit a Team Leader to join the team. This is a part time, 33.75 hours role. The role is for 3 waking night shifts a week. Some of these will be weekends. Glebe House is a residential service located in Caistor, Lincolnshire. Compensation: £13.95 / hour.
What you'll be doing
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Team Leader to join our team. In this role, you will act as a positive role model, providing effective supervision and guidance to support staff, ensuring high-quality, person-centred care is delivered at all times.
- Supervise and support the delivery of person-centred support and care
- Provide leadership during shifts, including handovers, role allocation, and effective communication.
- Ensure residents have person-centred plans in place and are supported to participate in meaningful activities.
- Deliver team supervisions and contribute to professional development.
- Administer medication safely and in line with procedures.
- Manage service users’ finances and contribute to budget management in accordance with policy.
- Complete and oversee accurate record-keeping, reporting, and compliance with legislation.
- Monitor and support team performance, addressing immediate operational issues as needed.
- Maintain up-to-date training and knowledge to ensure safe and effective practice.

- Previous experience as a Support Worker or Senior Support Worker/ Team Leader is essential.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.

- Reliable, flexible, and proactive in problem-solving.
- A caring and respectful approach to supporting others.
